  I did away with words, letter to Ma.   To make I look old I scrunched it up, put tea on in and I tore the paper a lot.  It only took one day to create. The paper got stuck on the bench when the tea was drying that is why the big rip at the top is from.                                                     27.2.20

For Chapter Challenge, we make a Dray. I worked with Shirley and Scarlett. It was just Shirley and I but then we saw Scarletts Dray and we wanted to join. so we built this one by combing ours together. We used toothpicks, cardboard, plastic bits and bobs, wood and string. where were lots of falling apart things but in the end it was worth it. The most challenging part was joining the string to the Dray.   

I am proud of all the detail that I put on my star. What I found challenging was sticking the two stars together because it had to be corner to corner  I worked with Shirley, Haven, Petrina my Mum and Chris my Dad to create my whan

Something that I was nervous about when starting the new year at school was being in a new learning space. Something that has surprised me this week was doing water activities and doing not much swimming in the pool.  The activity I have enjoyed the most this week is water activities. A goal I have for myself this year is to show kindness to everyone.  What I am most looking forward to this year is being with new teachers. Someone who has helped me so far is Emily because she offered her other pair of togs for a day.
