Cooking Reflection

This week I joined the cooking workshop option. On the first day, we learned about cooking safety in the kitchen. On the second day we chopped up the vegetables and put it in the pot if you were done you did a crossword. On the third day, we served up the soup and ate it and after that, we wrote our reflection and this is the reflection. The part I liked the most was chopping up the vegetables because I like cooking with chopping in it.

Maths Investigation

This math investigation we did clockwise and anticlockwise, this was very hard when you did the first row but when you did the second row you just copied that. There were two sheets one clockwise and one anticlockwise, when you did the anticlockwise you had you go the other way and you got muddled up and had to start again.

Whetu Workshops

Whetū Workshops Reflection During Term 2 and 3 the Whetū students have had the opportunity to be involved in a range of different workshops. The workshop that I have enjoyed participating in the most has been anagrams because there was a challenge to it because you have to think really hard to not get the same as other people. The new learning that I have learned is when we did the ballon rising with the gases, I didn’t think the balloons would rise but it did and I was really surprised   What I have most enjoyed about the workshops is that there are learning and fun and that is what makes it interesting.  I am interested in learning more about cooking so I can learn measurements and then I can do more cooking at home.
